Overview
This role sits within the Strategic Remediation Control Office, which leads the Transformation and Remediation at Deutsche Bank. The Office leads US oversight of programs which contribute to the uplift of the Firm's capabilities across multiple lines of defense working in partnership with global Businesses, Risk, Compliance, Technology and Audit. The team ensures alignment of the portfolio of projects remains within groupwide strategic priorities and are successfully implemented to achieve the intended benefit and outcomes. This Operating Model Project Management role is critical for driving forward the Bank's Target Operating Model through organized and strategic process planning. Insights will create synergies across the Bank's various capabilities to promote informed and complete design decisions at an executive level. What You'll Do
Run end-to-end governance for monthly Non-Financial Risk Design Council through executive reporting to enable decision-making at an executive level and orchestrate development of the Target Operating Model across Non-Financial Risk TypeWork in partnership with executives on agenda setting and hold accountability for production of content and actions•Ensure the documentation and tracking of Design Council actions and decisions•Responsible for active stakeholder engagement by ensuring a close collaboration with key stakeholders across regional offices in the US, UK, and Germany. Work closely with program managers and senior leaders in the Non-Financial Risk space

Skills You'll Need
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably with a focus on economics, business, or engineeringExtensive working experience in the financial services industry and a clear understanding of Banking key processes and systemsStrong project management skills and highly experienced in Excel, PowerPoint or reporting tools, e.g., Tableau or Business Objects. PMP or Prince2 certification is preferred but not requiredExecutive presentation skills and the ability to distill complex topics in a straightforward mannerUnderstanding of Business Architecture with a focus on impacts of future state design decisions for the Bank's Target Operating Model process, workforce, and controlsAbility to effectively communicate with senior leaders across the Bank

Ability to synthesize various updates from stakeholders into meaningful presentations, specifically related to Non-Financial Risk design decisionsAdvanced skills in elective stakeholder management along with advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to discuss and face different points of view or disagreements in a constructive mannerAbility to problem-solve quickly, escalate issues early, and propose solutions
Expectations
It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $120,000 to $185,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
