About OPERARIO DE PRODUCCION (Operador de producción – MFG)

  Job Description

  El Operador de Producción es responsable de ensamblar, maquinar, llevar a cabo revisiones de calidad, cambio de herramientas y apoya en la solución e identificación de problemas en procesos de fabricación y equipos.

  ¿Qué Hace?

  Ejecutar actividades de arranque de turno

  Revisión espejo

  Sanitización de estaciones MET

  Encendido y apagado de máquina

  Masterización de gages electrónicos

  Ensamble de piezas grandes y pequeñas incluyendo tornillería

  Inspección de calidad

  Revisión y ejecución del WPO

  Monitoreo de la vida de las herramientas

  Realizar MO diario

  Recorrido de seguridad

  Generación TCAR

  Identificación de material sospechoso

  Cambio Herramienta

  Manejo de material Scrap

  Soportes llamados de Andon

  Llenado y vaciado de máquina

  Junta de Integración

  Actividades punta estrella

  Habilidades

  Escolaridad mínima: Secundaria, máxima: preparatoria/bachillerato

  Experiencia: No necesaria

  Enfoque al trabajo estándar

  Enfoque a la Calidad y seguridad

  Habilidades de comunicación oral, a señas y/o escrita

  Trabajo en equipo

  Poseer buena resistencia física y coordinación. Podría ser necesario pararse y/o caminar durante largos períodos de tiempo al día mientras se dobla, gira, inclina y alcanza con frecuencia. Podría ser necesario levantar periódicamente hasta 18kg.
