¿Cómo es un día típico como Operador de Empaque? Tú estarás:
• Ejecutando actividades operativas básicas y operando maquinaria.
• Limpiando y desinfectando maquinaria y equipos según los procedimientos establecidos.
• Manteniendo las áreas asignadas limpias, organizadas y segregadas.
• Preparando cubos o contenedores de producción y otros equipos.
• Ayudando en el montaje y desmontaje de máquinas y equipos de producción durante los cambios.
• Manejando montacargas y otros equipos para transportar materiales utilizados en la fabricación.
• Verificando las calibraciones de los equipos antes de su uso.
• Moviendo lotes dentro y fuera de las áreas de proceso.
• Preparando etiquetas según los procedimientos establecidos.
• Verificando que los materiales a utilizar estén debidamente aprobados y cumplan con las especificaciones actuales.
• Ayudando a los técnicos de fabricación en la inspección de productos y componentes, si es necesario y se ha recibido capacitación para hacerlo.
• Suministrando materiales y equipos a diferentes áreas de proceso.
• Monitoreando la temperatura y humedad en salas limpias y/o en uso.
• Drenando puntos de agua potable y purificada como parte de la preparación del proceso y documentando la actividad.
• Transportando productos químicos del almacén a las áreas de trabajo y/o sala de desechos, si es necesario.
• Documentando actividades como limpieza, montaje, desmontaje, etc., en los registros o sistemas de documentación correspondientes de acuerdo con las Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura y las normas de documentación actuales.
• Monitoreando la presión del aire en las salas de fabricación, según el procedimiento establecido.
• Identificando y reportando desperdicio de proceso, según sea necesario, de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos.
• Cumpliendo con las Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente de acuerdo con las políticas y procedimientos actuales.
• Notificando al supervisor o personal designado cualquier incumplimiento o desviación de los procedimientos establecidos.
• Manteniéndose capacitado en las áreas de proceso de responsabilidad y buscando aprender y adquirir nuevas responsabilidades.
• Conociendo y realizando transacciones en el sistema de control de inventario (SAP).
• Conociendo y realizando transacciones en el sistema de documentación de procesos (e-PES).
• Conociendo y realizando transacciones en el sistema de gestión de personal (Our Source).
• Conociendo y revisando registros de asistencia en el sistema de registro de tiempo (e-Time), imprimiendo el documento correspondiente del sistema.
• Conociendo y realizando transacciones en el sistema de gestión de documentos Doc Space.
• Ingresando datos en el sistema PRS.
• Siguiendo las instrucciones dadas por el supervisor.
Este trabajo podría ser perfecto para ti si:
• Tienes un diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente.
• Tienes experiencia previa en un rol de fabricación o empaque.
• Eres capaz de trabajar en un entorno acelerado.
• Tienes buena atención al detalle y sigues instrucciones con precisión.
• Eres capaz de levantar objetos pesados y operar maquinaria.
• Tienes habilidades básicas de computación.
• Estás dispuesto a trabajar en turnos rotativos.
