General Information
As an On-Site Services Business Administrator, you will assist the On-Site Services global team in facilitating a new program structure. You will use professional communication, critical thinking, and time management skills to work with our global team as well as our regional base America's team.
Tasks
Monitor Service Level Agreements across the team and help develop and implement strategies to improve overall performance.Conduct research and analysis to support the decision-making processAssist in creating, managing, and organizing documents, reports and recordsCreate and updating business presentations and reports for the improvement processMonitor KPI'sDocument proceduresCreate training documentation
Reporting
Create Service Level Agreement ReportsCreate improvement process reportsCreate an "OSS Annual Service Measurement Report" with KPIs, insights, and shortage of the new OSS structure
Requirements
Basic Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration or related fieldProficient in O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint)Strong self-management skillsAbility to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic work environment
