RESPONSIBILITIES:
I. Overall Process & 3PL management
• Be the single point of contact representing SC with business commercial, online & 3rd Party teams
• Own the end to end online plan for all channels, including inventory, fulfilment, last mile & customer service.
• Monitor & assess 3PLs' performance monthly & highlight any concern areas for 3PL development.
• Lead and manage to successfully deliver online improvement projects by forming and leading multi-functional project team resources (internals and externals) to deliver project objectives
II. Demand Planning
• Work with DPIM and online leads to convert the business plan into a demand plan.
• Work with DPIM teams to ensure the DP is converted into order timely.
• Work with APAC hub to ensure the timely supply & track any shipment delays.
III. Inventory & Fulfilment Planning
• Work with 3PL to ensure that they have full visibility to inventory movement as per agreed SLAs
• Work with 3PL to ensure inventory sanctity via cycle counts & monthly counts
• Work with 3PL to ensure excess/near expiry inventory is moved out as per SOP
• Work with 3PL to provide annual order volume forecast & revise it monthly as per the business updates
• Work with 3PL to plan fulfilment operation within the agreed SLA
IV. HTSM (Key events) Planning
• Fully involve in brand event preparation. Ready provide SC input to help improve the overall order fulfillment efficiency
• Work with 3PL and align on event execution plan, order transmission protocol and contingency, etc
• Monitor event execution progress and KPI, step in and provide valuable input when it's needed.
V. Customer Service
• Lead for 3PP & coordinate with customer service for brand.com and manage operational support for online and customer service activities to achieve online KPI and service level
• Work with customer service teams to track post purchase consumer experience
• Track customer complaints & discuss & align with 3PL on ways to improve experience
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree of any 4-year business course preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain or Statistics At least 5 years of experience in supply chain, from which 1-3 yrs managing online channels Strong knowledge of online logistics, demand and supply planning processes Strong numerical and analytical skills and advance knowledge on BI tools & any ERP. Strong knowledge on managing/working with 3rd party logistics providers and last mile partners.
