   Delivery, Associate, OneHR GRX

  As a Delivery, Associate within the OneHR team, your primary focus will be HR Admin tasks. It is expected, based on workload requirements and whilst maintaining a clear segregation of duties, that you will also gain valuable experience supporting Data Management (DMA) in the Customer Service team.

  Using your expert knowledge in executing core payroll tasks, the key responsibilities of the role include:

  Main Responsibilities:

  Maintain a broad knowledge of NGA HR's services: HR Administration, Talent Administration etc. Answer day-to-day Payroll related questions and requests Update and/or maintain procedures and documentation about Payroll process as instructed by the Payroll Specialist or Payroll Manager Produce standard and client specific payroll reports Responsible for communication with client related to payroll outputs as instructed by the Payroll Specialist or Payroll Manager Validate impacts of changes made into the system for next payroll Follow up statistical data and reports in accordance with the agreed services. Focus on quality. Understand the Spanish Legislation and know how to identify the details .

   Business Related Skills

  1-3 years' experience with administrative experience Good influencing skills, both internally and externally. Spanish native and English fluent. Knowledge in Spanish Legislation. Effective at managing both up and down the organizational chain via communications through to execution. Co-operative team worker Change management experience. Experience of working in a complex matrix structure. Understanding of delivery models from global delivery center perspective. Highly flexible approach to working hours. Take ownership and be responsible within the activities of the role. Internal NGA Desirable knowledge: Knowledge of financial management, Accounts payable Knowledge of the contract.
