About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an onboarding transformation senior manager. As part of the Enterprise Client Onboarding Transformation, the Product Optimization & Capabilities team is focused on the development of client onboarding core capabilities needed to support the entire onboarding lifecycle at Wells Fargo. As a senior member of this team, you will have the opportunity to drive transformation by leading the team that identifies common onboarding product support capabilities, including via process review, improving on those which already exist and building where necessary, that will serve Wells Fargo's long-term goal of simplifying and improving the client onboarding experience.
In this role, you will:
Manage and develop a team of senior onboarding transformation while ensuring successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of operations with moderate to high complexity and visibility
Engage functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectives
Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans
Recommend opportunities for process improvement and product capabilities
Determine appropriate strategies and actions of multiple business groups to meet moderate to high complex deliverables
Interpret procedures and processes, and provide leadership to strategize and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity, and risk
Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business
Manage allocation of people and financial resources
Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet onboarding transformation objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications, US:
6+ years of Onboarding Transformation, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
3+ years Management experience
Desired Qualifications:
6+ years of onboarding transformation experience
Strong understanding of the regulatory and competitive landscape
Experienced in management of direct and matrix teams of 50 - 20
Experienced in process design, programmatic transformation
Experienced with digitization and automation a strong plus
Proven track record of excellent leadership, communication, writing & influencing skills
Balanced in the creation of a strategy and astute in the implementation of tactical actions
Resilience and relentlessness to achieve goals always in collaboration with stakeholders and teammates is an imperative
Job Expectations:
Manage onboarding process optimization across existing teams in a matrix environment
Identify process improvement opportunities and strategies for process, controls, analytics and trend analysis to optimize the onboarding process for clients, leading team to deliver
Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including experienced leadership
Pay Range
$120,400.00 - $250,000.00
