Job Description:
Traditional Shopper Marketing has been evolved into Retail Digital Media (RDM), including traditional in-store tactics making it Omni-Channel Shopper Marketing. We are looking for a OMNI/shopper marketing manager with high aptitude to learn and evolve to meet the changes in the retail media landscape. The individual will be responsible for building Customer Teams Omni-media calendar aligning with the customer strategy and identifying the appropriate levers for delivering a strong ROI. This is achieved through the cross-functional collaboration, recommendation, and implementation/execution of programs that support the delivery of annual business objectives. The individual will also support the Sr. Mng OMNI with brand level planning, annual meeting preparation and strategic initiatives.
What are we looking for?
University degree (Business Administration, Commerce prefer)3-4 years+ experience in Marketing and/or SalesExperience in Retail Digital Media, familiarity with Walmart Connect, LCL Media etc. preferredSuccessful leadership within cross-functional settingProject Management (from start to finish)Experience with external agency relationshipsRelevant customer/eCommerce/ shopper/marketing experience as a strong assetExperience in Retail onsite search platforms like Amazon AMS, Criteo can be a great value add
What will be your key responsibilities?
Omni-Channel Shopper Marketing
Collaborate with Customer Sales teams & Sales Strategy to develop and execute an annual OMNI Channel Marketing Customer planCollaborate with Brand, Marketing Properties and Legal Teams to ensure brand standards are met and guidelines are followedExecute approved overlays on strategy, on-time, within all legal requirements and on-budget with superior internal and external collaborationCreate consumer and trade facing tools to support our Shopper Marketing objectives - Style Guide, Flyers/Ad Mats and Retail POSWork closely with the Customer retail digital media teams to identify the appropriate media packages, build the creatives and gather post campaign resultsExternal agency / stakeholder management (daily requirement)Budget Management (Set Up, Management and PO processing)Reporting on campaign metrics (Sales, ROI, Media metrics, etc.)
Execution
In-store: Create consumer and trade facing retail tools, display & equipment (includes coupons, temporary display, and permanent fixtures) alongside Associate Mng DisplayOnline: Ensure the onsite campaign implementation, align with Digital Shelf merchandiser and execute online visual merchandising tactics with the customer teamsExternal agency & Customer media team management (daily requirement)
