  Office Manager 

  Our Berlin team is expanding, and we are looking for an enthusiastic workplace manager for our brand new space in Berlin, Gendarmenmarkt, to help us run a smooth office of 100 + employees. Next to that, you're also helping our office in Munich with the same support. We are looking for someone ready to take on the exciting task of managing all logistic and office-related issues that come with our growth. You'll be part of our global office management team, which collaborates closely with local management.

  What you’ll do 

  Provide a welcoming environment for all visitors and staff – internal and external. Ensure the Berlin and Munich offices are running smoothly by dealing with daily queries, including but not limited to managing incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, storing contracts, and office and IT supplies. You create a feel-good atmosphere in the office - our employees have everything they need and can rely on you for queries. Maintain file management, record keeping, office supply, and equipment and aligned all contractual requirements in line with the team in Amsterdam. Manage all local vendors to negotiate charges and seek new providers where appropriate; In cooperation with our IT Team, you will ensure that our office technology is functional and coordinate procurement and repairs if necessary. Assist with event coordination (logistics for conferences, team parties - and offsites, recruiting events); Support the HR department, Sales, and Marketing with onboarding.   2 + years experience working in a similar role or PA, event planning. Fluent in German and English Passionate self-starter with the ability to thrive with minimal supervision and the ability to make decisions. Outgoing, friendly, and fun. Highly organized and able to work on multiple tasks in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment where winning is more important than ego. Positive, self-reliant, and able to hustle to get things done. Excellent written and verbal communication and outstanding organizational skills. The ability to work on-site daily in our office in Berlin  Ready to meet us?
