YOUR MISSION As the Office Manager for our Buenos Aires location, you're at the core of keeping our office running seamlessly. You'll be the go-to person for managing supplier relationships, organizing cool office events, handling office budgets, and being the supportive hand to our People Ops team. Your role is key to making the Buenos Aires Office awesome!
WHAT YOU'LL DO Maintain relationships with suppliers, oversee contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services to support daily operations. Manage the office budget meticulously, tracking expenses, processing invoices, and ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Ensure our office is always stocked with what we need when needed. Keep our office safe and clean, because a tidy space equals a happy place! Be the superhero for all office-related issues - IT, facilities, security - you name it. Be the mastermind behind our office events, making sure they're fun and stay within budget. Support and facilitate recognition efforts within Argentina by assisting in sending gifts and acknowledgments. Own logistics related to Argentine Swag, including welcome kits, year-end gifts, remote worker kits, and other related items. Provide essential support to the People Operations team, handling various administrative tasks specifically related to the Argentina employees. WHAT YOU'LL BRING 3+ years of experience being an Office Manager or in a similar role. Able to travel to our Buenos Aires office multiple days per week. Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. You're organized to the core and never miss a thing when it comes to details. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for vendor negotiations and internal coordination. Bonus points if you've got experience in negotiating, managing budgets, and using Microsoft Office. Advanced English proficiency is mandatory due to our international team. Able to travel to our Buenos Aires office multiple days per week.
