Robert Half is currently working with a client seeking an Office Manager in Hummelstown PA. The Office Manager will oversee day-to-day operations and efficiency. In this position you will be managing administrative staff, office supplies, as well as budgets and other accounting responsibilities. This is the Office Manager position for you if you have experience managing a wide range of tasks!
Your responsibilities in this role
Resolve all issues including office, employee, and customer related
Recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees
Contribute to accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Bank/account reconciliation, and expense reimbursement
Research and negotiate cost effective prices with vendors, and order inventory/supplies
Manage office systems and supervise staff in support of operations
Requirements - Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures preferred
High attention to detail as well as critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Sound written and verbal communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent required (AA/AS preferred)
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Solid knowledge of QuickBooks and payroll software applications
2+ years of office management experience
Excellent problem solving skills in Microsoft Office applications
