Manage team responsible for supporting office and fleet management, ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, provide support to Country Leadership Team, to local teams and employees, in order to ensure quality services for effective run of the Edwards Germany office. Act as local Environmental Management System leader while managing its implementation, maintenance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise employees administrative, operational and maintenance activities pertaining to office- and fleet management, telecommunications, IT, event support and EHS efforts to ensure compliance and service quality in larger office location. Assume or assure allocation of EMS Lead role in country/ies of responsibility.
Lead strategy implementation and complex improvement projects, partner with internal stakeholders assuring appropriate system and data quality controls are in place to ensure adherence with local and EW policies and standards
Provide regular progress and status reports as well as operational metrics to management and cross-functional stakeholders.
Establish work schedules, rosters and team performance metrics, including monitoring output and adjusting schedules of internal employees and contractors to ensure incessant maintenance of the service spectrum at all times.
Negotiation and monitoring of service level agreements for all relevant sites
Monitor material and labor variances to meet established standards, including proposing resolutions to mediate shortfalls
Manage and/or lead a small team within facility and office operations function. Develop a robust talent development plan in alignment with functional growth strategies of the department. Guide and mentor facilities staff. Conduct performance reviews, including resolving performance issues
