This position plays an integral role in the customerservice and organizational strength of our Association. The officeadminister will provide efficient administrative support to theExecutive Director and staff, answer and respond to incoming calls andemails, and greet and direct visitors.
Administrative support services in part will include:
Data entry in association management software.
Assisting with designated content management for website
Assisting with processing daily accounts receivable
Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory control
Processing incoming and outgoing mail
Qualified candidates will have excellent verbal and writtencommunications skills, a strong ability to multi-task; beself-motivated, detail oriented and resourceful; have a friendlydemeanor and be a team member able to cross-train in other staffresponsibilities.
Computer proficiency required including knowledge of Office 365 and/orMicrosoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
