Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced office worker to join our team. This is a full-time in office position Mon-Fri.
Responsibilities:
Administrative office work
Answer and direct phone calls
Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Act as the point of contact for clients
Liaise with senior staff and fulfill requests and queries from senior managers
Perform other office related duties and projects as assigned
Requirements and skills:
Proven experience as an Office Administrative Assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills-a must
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
