Roles & Responsibilities:
Component: Exchange Online, Active directory and Office 365, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for business, Skype for business. Troubleshooting end user issues related to Outlook, SharePoint, and other Office365 Services, Troubleshooting issues related to Mail Flow, Object provisioning, SMTP Relay issues for internal EA Applications, Help building solutions for customer to integrate Office365 services with their internal/external application/developed programs. Involved in Security task/activities by sharing relevant data from Office365 Tenant, Involved in patching and maintenance activity of Windows & Exchange servers, Monitoring Office365 Tenant for any major change or Outages and proactively updating Service Desk Team, SME' s & IT Operation Management Team about it. Working on Priority Tickets and ensuring the Incident/Task are closed & resolved within SLA?s. Working with Site IT?s for remote location and Executive IT Team to resolve issues for VIP users Collaborating with other internal IT Teams on issue solutions/guidance. Involved in service improvement plans for Office365 to test feature, share best practices and experience with the Engineering Team on Office365 services, Reviewing Messaging Team performance and discussing any technical or process related roadblock/challenges on weekly with SMEs & IT Operation Lead from Client side, Documenting best practices and creating SOP's for known issues resolution. Migration: mailboxes from on-premises exchange server 2007, 2010, 2013 & 2016 to Office 365. Hands on experience in technologies Exchange server 2013, 2010 and Office 365. Expertise in Implementing, configuring and administrating Exchange servers. Created and maintained email addresses and distribution lists in MS Exchange. Configuring and Troubleshooting Mail retention policies issues, Transport and Journal rules issues, Mail flow and mail connector issues. Automating and executing Office 365 procedures utilizing Windows PowerShell. Configuration and troubleshooting of MS Outlook client 2010, 2013 and 2016. Creating and managing Mailboxes, Distribution Lists, and Public Folders. Audit Logging and Compliance requirements. Creating recipients, Mailboxes, o365 groups etc. Office 365 exposure from setting up and implementing standpoint. Delivering triages on all the Office 365 components. Collecting and analysing logs for Outlook client. Syncing users from AD to Office 365 using AAD connect tool. Managing and troubleshooting users, groups, and computer accounts in Active directory. Managing incremental sync and full sync to sync user data to cloud. Helping customers to set up AAD connect for their organization. Managing and creating SharePoint teams, site collections and groups. Handling issues related to permission and provisioning of user in SharePoint Online. Resolving issue on SharePoint document library, list, web-parts and pages. Created, configured, and administered SharePoint sites and user permission rights. Solving syncing issues of SharePoint site and document library on Windows and mac. Created and Managed SharePoint Groups and Permissions for Domain Users. Solving syncing issues of OneDrive for Business on Windows and mac. Helped in installation and activation of OneDrive for Business. Excellent Communication Skills
