Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative/business-oriented field or equivalent practical experience 5 years of experience in Program or Project Management
3 years of experience working in Business-to-Business Services organization with industry experience in cloud computing, enterprise, software, or services.
2 years of experience working with sales, partnerships, or business development
Preferred qualifications: Experience building, driving, and evolving innovative organizational operations and process development
Analytical mindset, including experience with spreadsheet analysis and SQL
Understanding of Salesforce CPQ configuration, pricing, and quoting processes
Ability to effectively influence and communicate multi-functionally with both internal stakeholders and external customers or partners Ability to lead through ambiguity, take on complex strategic and operational initiatives, and scale effectively across a large organization and highly distributed team

The Google Cloud Support Offers team is focused on support services, offer design and development, marketing communications and sales enablement, commercial operational effectiveness, and long-term strategy recommendations to help our customers and partners maximize their investment in Google Cloud.
In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with the Google Cloud Business Platform team, Offer Managers, Order Management, and the Sales team to help launch new Offers and Services, execute end-to-end UAT, and customize solutions to meet customer needs and market demand. You will drive high priority and strategic initiatives to maintain Google Cloud's competitive edge in the industry.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Develop and execute cross-team Go-To-Market plans, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between launch teams. Own and execute new Offers and Services launch, including tracking new initiatives for both Previews and GA launches.
Establish a clear road-map, including leading a weekly meeting for all stakeholders to ensure a frictionless launch of new Offers and Services.
Build partnerships with marketing, product, sales, and customer success teams to align strategies and goals.
Work cross-functionally with program managers, engineers and product managers to understand, implement, and launch new Offers and Services. Manage multiple projects of moderate to high complexity and scope, while reinforcing production best practices and ensuring quality control at the appropriate time in development to ensure error-free work.
