As an Occupational Health Nurse your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Work in partnership with Global OH regarding Occupational Health programs receiving, validating, interviewing, and assessing referrals to determine potential harm to self or others.
Consult with Forensic Psychologist for behavioral risk assessments.
Develop a risk mitigation plan and coordinating access to benefits and community resources.
Document cases to meet both internal program and external regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with employees, providers, and the Intel Workplace Response Team to determine readiness to return to work case management throughout the entirety of case through resolution.
Respond to on-call and afterhours incidents
Drive continuous improvement aimed at enhancing the Intel OH program and experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills are needed to communicate effectively with employees, management, and health care professionals.
Demonstrate self management and problem-solving abilities

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
This position is an Intel Contract Employee (ICE) and is located in Santa Clara, California. Intel Contract Employees are hired directly by Intel on a fixed term or specified purpose contract and are employees of Intel for the duration of the contract.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in nursing with 5 plus years' experience in occupational health, mental health, or crisis management.
This is an Intel Contract Employee (ICE) role for approximately 1 year.
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in crisis management, tragic events, counseling, harm to self and or others.
1+ years' experience in computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $52,000.00-$200,000.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
