We are now looking for an NVIDIA Inception Community Manager for China. This business development role is for a leader who believes that deep learning, data science, and artificial intelligence make up the new computing revolution, with the potential to transform every industry. We're looking for someone who is passionate about creating partnerships with startup companies in order to build new markets, develop NVIDIA technology offerings and achieve market leadership.
This person will be responsible for developing NVIDIA’s startup ecosystem by supporting the NVIDIA Inception program for China. This includes recruiting startups as Inception members and enabling startups to optimally use NVIDIA technology, facilitate proof of concept or product design, market and sell their solutions through our global network. This individual will work closely with a sizable cross-functional team within NVIDIA, including Solutions Architects, Product Management, Engineering, HW & SW Architecture, Sales and Marketing teams. What you’ll be doing:
Grow NVIDIA Inception program by recruiting startups as Inception members & managing member communities
Promote NVIDIA technology and recruit Inception members by engaging with startup ecosystem & supporting ecosystem events
Onboard new Inception members and help them understand and take advantage of Inception benefits
Identify potential members by gaining a deep understanding of their goals, strategies, technical needs and business needs
Drive technology adoption by supporting requests from Inception community and promoting potential members
Support strategic marketing campaigns and programs such as NVIDIA GPU Technology Conference (GTC) as well as global strategy rollout in China
Support a virtual team of technical, business, and marketing resources across NVIDIA and business partners to drive joint success
Support emerging use cases development to expand presence in focused verticals (e.g. Gen AI, LLM, Omniverse, healthcare, etc.)
Collaborate with campaign, corporate & partner marketing teams to support communications & creation of success stories
What we need to see:
Minimum of 5 years working experience in developer relations, strategic partnership, or business development related ICT fields, such as startup accelerators and incubators, executive or management positions at startups, platform ecosystem development at big technology companies, Venture Capital
BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering and Business
Strong passion for ecosystem development
Rich account and project management experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience collaborating across all major internal functional areas (engineering, sales, marketing, executives), as well as external partners, startups, customers, and developers
A strong affinity for technology and technical subjects
Strong understanding of AI developer audience and AI developer tools and APIs
Fluency in Mandarin and English
