Morgan Stanley Services Group, Inc. seeks an Associate, Institutional Equity Division in New York, New York

　　Provide advice on trading algorithms, execution strategies, algorithmic performance and market structure. Serve as an execution consultant for a variety of clients, and pitch appropriate Morgan Stanley Electronic Trading (MSET) products. Work with clients on execution platforms. Provide differentiated knowledge on market structure and current trading environment. Inform clients of any recent, important developments in financial markets. Provide trading coverage to existing MSET clients, such as trading related issues, answer client questions, and onboard new clients. Provide relevant market, regulatory and research updates to MSET, and leverage insights into relevant sectors.

　　Salary:

　　Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $200,000.00 and $200,000.00 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.

　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　Requirements:

　　Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (any), Computer Science, or a related field of study and one (1) year of experience in the position offered or one (1) year as an Analyst, or related occupation in financial services.

　　Requires one (1) year of experience with: Python; KDB; SQL; FIX; Statistical & Data Analysis; Regression Interpretation; and Data Handling Methods; including Winsorization.
