Hospital Executive Kitchen Chef Needed
Hospital in need of a kitchen manager/executive chef to oversee daily function and smooth operation of kitchen.
Responsibilities:
oversee prep & ensure productivity of kitchen staff.
Preparing Meals (banquet style/large batch cooking)
Completing supply orders ($10k-$13k worth of supplies each week)
Making schedules
Check labeling/dates on inventory
Hospital will see over 700 guest a day ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Additional skills and qualifications:
MUST HAVE LEADERSHIP EXP IN FOOD SERVICE INDUSTRY (Supervisor, Executive Chef, etc.)
Understanding of inventory
Understanding of health/sanitation in kitchen environment
Understanding of scheduling
1.5+ years of Large Batch Cooking
1.5+ years of food preparation
