The NA Benefits Operations Analyst will provide technical and operational support to the NA Benefits Operations Manager. The Benefits Analyst will coordinate, initiate, and complete a wide variety of dynamic benefits tasks associated with the Corporation's U.S. and Canada benefit plans and retirement plans for Puerto Rico. In addition, this role will compile, analyze, and report data for strategic benefits planning and evaluation as well as provide benefit plan interpretation, guidance to key stakeholders.
In this role, you will:
Responsible for managing and addressing escalated vendor situations and other complex multi-customer issues in a prompt and professional manner through research and analysis, to determine root cause, improve the process and assure success and customer satisfaction. Monitor and assess and the effectiveness of benefit programs and processes and implement improvements where appropriate.Maintain subject matter expertise of all benefits plans and policies within area of responsibility.Manage payroll and benefit file processes for FSA, HSA, retirement, etc. as well as integration edits and contribution funding.Ensure plans are maintained and operated in accordance with government laws and regulations.Participate in or lead various benefits related projects.Responsible for maintaining benefit platforms, plans, and documents.Support benefits communications review including SPD's, SMM's, SARs, and other required notices.Ensure accurate eligibility for U.S., Canada, and retirement plans for Puerto Rico.Collaborate and maintain professional communication with employees at all levels regarding leave processes and policies, ensure proper documentation and processes are followed, and support their return to work in accordance with company policyServe as the primary contact for third-party benefits administrators.
The successful candidate will join the North America Benefits Operation Team and report to North America Benefits Operations Manager.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
5+ years of related work experienceSound working knowledge of the benefits industry, regulatory compliance, as well as general business acumen.Demonstrated ability to handle technical and functional benefit requirements of complex projects.Proven aptitude and ability to learn and use multiple HR systems, benefit platforms and vendor interfaces.Knowledge & experience with Workday, preferred.A high degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and timelinessAptitude for statistical and trend analysisExcellent organization and time management skills to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced organizationExceptional communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to effectively work across all levels of the organization and external contacts.Proven problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and assume responsibilityStrong customer service focus
