Nordic E-commerce Manager to Estée Lauder
Join the Estée Lauder team as a Nordic E-commerce Manager and make online sales and beauty part of your everyday life! As a passionate and dedicated team member, you will be responsible for growing our e-commerce presence in Nordic, with a focus on optimizing our Estée Lauder ecommerce sites. You'll plan and execute online campaigns, using your ecommerce expertise in analytics and conversion optimization to increase sales and drive results.
In this dynamic role, you'll be part of a talented Online team that manages everything from consumer service to content management, ensuring seamless integration with consumers on digital platforms. You'll receive support from one of our Coordinators, allowing you to focus on what you do best - creating results in a dynamic international company.
As an experienced E-commerce Manager, you have a strong background in content optimization, E-mail marketing, conversion rate optimization and experience working across departments. With a commercial focus and a passion for online sales and campaigns, you'll be responsible for managing Estée Lauder's eCommerce sites and campaigns in the Nordic region, driving sales and exceeding targets.

Your Key responsibilities
Plan, initiate and follow up on sales activities, campaigns and marketing activities Forecasting of sales and ad spend Ensure optimal range across product groups Assure that comprehensive e-marketing content, product data and tools meet the requirements for targeted e-commerce customer platforms Development of marketing and campaign analysis Refresh of sites Plan your online marketing and sales calendar Sparring and updates with the Brand team to ensure alignment Optimize purchase flow and customer experiences Working closely with E/O and Paid marketing departments
Qualifications
Your Qualifications
2-4 years of experience from a similar position from an international company Have experience in E-commerce, digital media, web design, and online marketing Strong analytical skills and understands how to convert numbers and strategy into results You are proactive and can work independently You know how to follow-up and follow-through Effective, structured and hands-on approach You have great communication skills and enjoy building strong relations to various stakeholders - external as well as internal You speak and write English and one of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish or Norwegian) fluently
