We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative / Scheduler with a positive can-do attitude to ensure our Field Service Engineers are in the right place at the right time supporting our Customers efficiently and in a timely manner.
What you'll do
In this role you will ensure that the Scheduling activity runs smoothly by establishing a good working relationship with both our Customers, Technical department, Sales and our CCC / business support functions. Scheduling service work efficiently for our CMD (Chromatography and Mass Spectroscopy Division) & providing 'above expectations' Customer Service and satisfaction, to include customer contact regarding ongoing cases and critical issue service calls where required. This directly customer facing activity is critical to maintaining a strong customer relationship.
The role is based in our Hemel Hempstead office in the UK.
Responsibilities
Act as liaison between our Customers, Field service engineers and other internal stakeholdersEfficiently prioritize and schedule service callsRe-schedule / re-assign service callsFollow-up on service callsEscalation of service calls as requiredHandling phone calls/e-mails on on-going casesRequest quotes from 3rd party service providers.Act as an SME for our CCC colleagues in BudapestCreate/Submit Tender Request ResponseCreate Generic stock parts orderPrepare general access docs.Offering relocation servicesLoan instrument logistics within country/regionReturn parts logistics within country/regionWe are looking for the best combination of the following skills/competencies
• Customer Service / Scheduling experience and/or relevant experience as a Field Service Engineer
• Thrive in an environment where you get to handle multiple tasks at the same time
• Organized, structured, driven and decisive
• Can use initiative and demonstrate good judgment in respect of the business, customer and team needs
• Excellent communications/prioritization skills and great customer focus is essential
• Proficient in common IT tools
• SAP experience is a plusAt least one these languages is needed, Finish, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian is a requirement• Not an 8 to 5 mentality• Knowledge of our existing CMD customer base and equipment's.
• Self-motivated and driven with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Critical thinker with attention to detail and high flexibility
