Kforce has a client that is seeking a Non-IT Project Manager in Atlanta, GA.Summary:The company is engaged in an initiative to move our current telephony system from Genesys to AWS (Amazon Web Services). This will be a complicated engagement involving multiple groups inside of the company as well as outside consulting/contracting companies.This role will be responsible for serving as the liaison between company development and engineering groups, business lines, consulting companies, etc. This role will need to serve as a single-point-of-contact to ensure that groups are tracking against outlined deliverables and timelines and assist in ensuring the proper groups are participating in the testing and approval processes in a timely manner. This will be a highly visible role responsible for fielding requests for information and will need to interface with multiple teams to ensure the proper decision makers and stakeholders are connected. You will be acting as the portfolio manager for the specific body of work related to Salesforce integration and the AWS Connector. This person will manage the features and work with the product owner and scrum teams to ensure epics and stories are entered into Jira, groomed, and being completed. The Non-IT Project Manager will maintain a status of the overall initiative, including dependencies and blockers arising from the company or the consulting company and work with appropriate resources to clear blockers. You will communicate this status as needed to various stakeholders.
Strong program management skills including working with large cross-functional teams; Experience creating and maintaining status logs and task requests
Experience working in an Agile environment; Experience in QPP planning preferred
Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence and SharePoint; Ability to maintain and edit features, KPIs, epics and stories in Jira as needed
Desired Skills:
Experience with Salesforce, APIs and/or AWS
Work on telephony projects that included call routing, IVRs, and call handling
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
