Line of Business Responsibilities:
Develop understanding of the current enterprise and Front-Line Unit / Control Function NFRR governance landscape, structure, and processes within which the NFRR COE currently operates. Engage with key business and operations stakeholders to gather input on opportunities, challenges, and priorities.Synthesize and prioritize input to define future state capabilities. Define high level scope, dependencies, benefits, and resources for future state capabilities. Partner with Technology and others to define required resources, timeline, and funding to deliver on strategic roadmap.Support the definition of the multi-year plan and sequencing the set of initiatives needed to deliver the future state capabilities for the NFRR COELead the execution of initiative(s) to build-out new capabilities or enhance existing NFRR COE processes and tools.Track progress and performance of NFRR COE roadmap implementation
Required Skills:
Experience in any of the following areas: Operations/Finance/Risk/ComplianceDemonstrated experience engaging with a diverse set of business partners to identify and prioritize future state business needs.Prior experience analyzing current to target state capabilities and building initiative plans with defined scope, delivery timelines and funding / resources required for future state.Proven ability to drive change in a matrixed environment.Commitment to challenging the status quo and promoting positive change.Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and operational excellence experience.Communicates effectively in both oral and written formats and tailors' message appropriately to audience level.Influences and delivers results through collaborative relationship with key partners and stakeholders.Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas to teams to drive innovation and unique solutions.Advanced PowerPoint presentation and Excel data analysis skills

Job Description:
This role is responsible for providing analytical support in a Global Markets operations function for one or more operations product areas. These individuals are responsible for the analysis and resolution of highly complex operations problems and initiatives requiring exceptional handling and/or coordination of multiple operational and/or product specialists to resolve. They may manage projects and/or the introduction of new initiatives, systems, products/services, and processes and coordinate necessary expertise across multiple operations functions and/or products.
Responsibilities:
• Confirms loan documentation for accurate trade settlements
• Partners with Sales Associates, Traders, Research Analysts, trading counterparties, internal and external attorneys, administrative agent banks, and various other internal operations groups
• Manages post-trade management and logistics, settlement pricing and closing coordination
• Analyses and resolves highly complex operational problems
• Supports ad hoc projects for new processes or industry initiatives
• Processes loans end-to-end with accurate data input into various credit and operating systems
