DMO, Disaggregated Manufacturing Organization, will play an important role in Intel's recently announced IDM 2.0 strategy to meet the accelerating global demand for semiconductors. NM DMO has a unique charter to not only deliver high-volume manufacturing products but additionally design and develop Silicon Photonics, EMIB, Foveros, and others.
The New Mexico (NM) Equipment Installation Team is growing to meet the business needs for the coming years. We are adding a Business Intelligence Analyst to collect and analyze performance data, create metrics, reports, and dashboards to measure and improve performance.
Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:
Data Collection: Gather data related to equipment installation processes, including equipment specifications, installation locations, installation timelines, and associated documentation. This may require creating databases to house information or creating forms to gather the necessary information.Data Analysis: Analyze the collected data to identify patterns, trends, and potential areas for improvement in equipment installation procedures.Performance Metrics: Develop and maintain performance metrics and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of equipment installation processes.Data Validation: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data by performing data validation, verification, and cleaning tasks.Reporting: Create regular reports and ad-hoc analyses to present findings and insights related to equipment installation to relevant stakeholders.Data Visualization: Use data visualization tools and techniques to create charts, graphs, and dashboards that make data more understandable and actionable.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of data analysis processes and results. Prepare clear and concise reports for presentation to stakeholders.Automation: Develop and implement automated data collection and analysis processes to streamline reporting and monitoring.Data Security: Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive equipment installation data.Communication: Communicate findings and recommendations to various stakeholders, including equipment installation teams, project managers, and senior management.Training and Support: Provide training and support to personnel involved in equipment installation to improve data collection practices and compliance.Technology Proficiency: Stay up to date with relevant software tools, databases, and analytical techniques used in data analysis.Project Management: Manage data analysis projects related to equipment installation, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek ways to enhance data collection processes and analytical methodologies to drive better decision-making.Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, operations, and quality assurance teams to ensure equipment installation data supports operational excellence.

Full time onsite required during training, estimated 6 months. After training: hybrid "work from home" to be defined by manager and employee but continued onsite will be required.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
The candidate must have a bachelor's degree in information technology, Data Science, or Computer Science with 3+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst
Preferred Qualifications:
A master's degree in information technology, Data Science, or Computer ScienceData Visualization: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Smartsheet or QlikView to create interactive dashboards and reports.SQL: Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and querying relational databases.Data Warehousing: Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.Business Intelligence Tools: Proficiency in BI tools and platforms such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, or similar software.Reporting: Willingness to create and maintain various types of reports, including performance reports, ad-hoc reports, and dashboards.Analytics: Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques to support decision-making.Data Integration: Experience with integrating data from multiple sources and ensuring data quality and accuracy.Programming: Basic programming skills in languages such as Python or R can be beneficial for more advanced data analysis and automation.Project Management: project management skills for managing BI projects and ensuring they meet deadlines and objectives.

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
