Under the supervision of the Senior Services Manager, the employee performs custodial duties to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of assigned City buildings and facilities. The employee operates various pieces of cleaning equipment. The employee maintains a supply inventory and prepares materials a list of materials as needed. The employee dilutes and mixes cleaning agents according to directions. Work is usually performed in accordance with well-defined procedures.
