Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a NIGHTSHIFT Service Desk Technician for a large company in Irvine, Ca. You will be onsite 5 days a week. The shift will be Friday - Monday 7 PM - 6 AM AM. You should have excellent customer service experience and should have strong knowledge of computer installs, imaging, troubleshooting, and configurations. You will be creating user accounts using Active Directory.
Skills and Requirements
5-10 Years of Experience as a Service Desk Technician/IT Support Technician
Extremely professional and customer service oriented
5 Years of Active Directory - creating accounts in Azure
Experience with ServiceNow or any other ticketing system
Experience with Installing, Imaging, and building computers
ONSITE 5 days a week in Irvine, CA null
