What You Will Achieve
Working with a dynamic team of Logistics and Supply Chain experts, you will schedule and plan activities critical to support clinical operations. You will provide leadership in strategic planning for onboarding new manufacturing processes. You will interface with various Pfizer site locations, development organizations and key external/internal business partners.
You will collaborate with procurement to source production raw materials and components. This will include working between customer/supplier specifications in the sourcing or raw materials, packaging, and production inventory items for new and commercial products. You will maintain timely and accurate knowledge of purchasing expenditures, supplier information and inventory levels as well as assist in identifying alternate materials if needed.

How You Will Achieve It
Represent Supply Chain as part of the new product introduction (NPI) project team.
Create and maintain clinical production schedule in collaboration with NPI project manager.
Create/Maintain new BOM in collaboration with the NPI project manager and sending site scientists.
Collaborate with Procurement to source new materials and components.
Initiate material enrollments.
Coordinate with other departments for testing and batch release.
Tracks material procurement and enrollment to ensure the material qualification process is completed to meet project schedule and milestones.
Track materials from purchase to delivery and release.
Prepares required reports as to progress, order status, activity, and issues.
Resolve/Escalate issues and communicate schedule priorities.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Applicant must have a High School Diploma (or Equivalent) and 8 years of relevant experience OR an Associate's degree with 6 years of experience OR a Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience OR Master's degree with more than 1 year of experience.
Experience with new material enrollment and qualification.
cGMP experience in a pharmaceutical environment
Proficient with SAP ECC.
Ability to track and report material purchases.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Capable of working independently and multi-tasking
Nice-to-Have
Project management experience
5 years' experience in material or production planning.
Physical / Mental requirements
Sitting for extended periods
Extended time looking at computer monitors

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $78,000.00 to $130,000.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 10.0% of the base salary.
