Job Summary:
Supports program leader(s) to manage, develop, and implement New Product Program deliverables that meets needs of customer and business. Accountable to ensure the root cause analysis is executed between responsible functions including but not limited to Field Quality, Engineering Labs and Operations. This is a remote position, requiring up to 25% travel.
Responsibilities:
• Manages New Product Development program(s) root cause analysis during the ELC (Early Launch Containment) period.
• Manage flow of ELC Reliability data into the QRD in partnership with AQPMs.
• Accountable for root cause analysis process while collaborating with Field Quality, Engineering and Operations.
• Lead up to team of 4 New Product Quality Reliability Engineers within the Advanced Quality Planning team.
• Demonstrate the Trane Technologies Leadership Principles among team members, stakeholders and customers.
• Ensures adherence reliability quality deliverables within the NPD process and standard work.
• Manages tracking and communicating reliability performance to PGT and other stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Manages cross-functional identification and resolution of program risks, and issues.
• Appropriately escalates risks and issues as needed.
• Share and present reliability data to stakeholders including but limited to PGTs, ISC, Design teams and quality teams.
• Advises, coaches, and develops direct reports and/or peer program manager(s). Delegates program assignments as appropriate.
• Provides strategic voice of Quality and collaborates with the Product Growth Teams with quality data for risk mitigation.
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of relevant Quality functional leadership (senior level individual contributor acceptable).
• Practical business experience and knowledge of New Product launches required.
• Experience with root-cause analysis methodologies i.e 8-D, DMAIC, 7 Step, A3, etc.
• Experience collaborating across multiple functions.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Project Management training and/or experience preferred.
• New Product Development training and/or experience preferred.
• Six-Sigma Lean knowledge preferred.

Base Pay Range: $110,000-$170,000. Total compensation for this role will include an incentive plan.
