About New Business Sales Account Executive, Google Customer Solutions

  Minimum qualifications:

  Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

  Experience in new business sales and exceeding quota attainment

  Ability to communicate in English fluently

  Preferred qualifications: Experience in building a pipeline from scratch through strategic and tactical focus and execution

  Experience managing comprehensive advertising solutions for all clients in a fast-paced, constantly-evolving environment

  Experience with C-level clients to achieve business goals and marketing objectives through the full suite of Google's marketing solutions

  Experience in design marketing solutions and product knowledge to drive long-term success for our customers

  Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions for any client

Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

  Google's New Business Sales Team is a group of highly-skilled sales professionals whose focus is engaging and acquiring high potential advertisers, and subsequently persuading them to incorporate Google's range of marketing products into their current Marketing strategies. This global, dynamic, and dedicated team is the engine behind Google's continued growth.

Our Google Customer Solutions (GCS) team of entrepreneurial, enthusiastic and client-focused members are the "human face" of Google, helping entrepreneurs both individually and broadly build their online presence and grow their businesses. We are dedicated to growing the unique needs of advertising companies. Our teams of strategists, analysts, advisers and support specialists collaborate closely to spot and analyze customer needs and trends. In collaboration, we create and implement business plans broadly for all types of businesses.

  Responsibilities

  Manage the whole business cycle for the new business acquisition from early stages to closing the customers, and managing the relationship after closure to ensure the customer satisfaction, performance, and promote opportunities.

  Prospect and build a robust pipeline of new business by identifying and initiating relationships with new clients, working closely with our Sales Development, Onboarding, Agency, and Marketing teams.

  Acquire high touch - high value business agreements through outbound prospecting, cold calling, consulting, educating, pitching, closing, and relationship management.

  Consult with clients to achieve domestic, export online marketing, and business goals utilizing the full suite of Google's marketing solutions (i.e., YouTube, Google Search and Shopping, Google Display Network, App Promotion).

  Design marketing strategies using product expertise to drive long-term success for our customers.
