Description of Role:
The New Business Enablement Programs Manager resides in the EMEA Customer Enablement and Solutions Team within the Go To Market Operations (GTMO). In this position you will be responsible for defining and supporting new business models for software, services, and solutions - including Value Based Selling (VBS) opportunities - whilst also maintaining and monitoring already implemented businesses models.
In addition, responsibilities will also include providing guidance and support for key customer supply chain Terms and Conditions , and contracts for priority focus business segments or other Intel new business ventures as they arise.
In this role you will be closely collaborating with the Business Units (BU) and sales teams to:
Help define scalable business and supply chain models, ensuring the right pricing and Route To Market flow.
Be an active member of the extended new business operations (GSO team) and represent EMEA into HQ and GSO across EMEA Sales and Marketing Group( SMG)
Negotiate commercial and supply chain contracts, including initial onboarding terms with Intel's key customers, generating early billings in SAP, ESPRIT and PCM, and setting up sustaining resources and processes across GTMO.
Support the exploration of new revenue opportunities, identifying challenges, and providing solutions
Work with relevant stakeholders on setting business plan goals and KPI's, enabling new channels to market (distribution and SI)
Work with programs team to verify that the plans for tool evolution enables the requirement of key new business activities.
Track and report EMEA pipeline and revenue
Additional responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Ensuring that the terms being worked are compliant with process and regulation - regular interaction with stakeholders including Legal, Global Tax and Trade, Customer Fulfilment Planning and Logistics Group (CPLG), certification and finance teams, and across operations.
Having a one Intel and cross- BU viewpoint: ensuring that the recommendations made do not have negative impacts to other Intel businesses i.e. that flexibility in one area does not lead to greater liabilities or risks for other BU's.
EMEA BMG compliance lead - Collaborating with the compliance teams to mitigate any local regulations that could impact Intel revenue.
Qualifications
Qualifications / Skills:
Minimum of 5 years of experience at Intel with an established network of stakeholders and a good understanding of Intel's supply chainOr
Minimum of 3 years Business Enabling Management experience in a relevant fieldPreferred Qualifications
Demonstrable strong commercial business acumen, both to assess any new opportunity as standalone, but also within the broader 'one Intel' scope.
Ability to build and maintain an expert network across multiple groups to ensure the right decisions are made in a timely and correct fashion, and to 'connect' learnings from one area of Intel's business and apply them to other business areas, and to drive reuse of Best Known Methods (BKM's) across Intel
Tolerance of ambiguity - self-starting ability to track down the right stakeholder - and to formulate solid options and present recommendations where we don't have precedent.
Ability to lead virtual teams across multiple groups - project management skills an advantage.
Strong verbal and written communication skills - Influencing skills up to GM level
Terms and Conditions negotiation skills; experience of building up software, service and solution offerings; familiarity with legal (sales contract) language - each is an advantage, but not essential

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
