Position Summary
Candidate must be within 50 miles of the Kansas border
- Acts as the primary resource for assigned profile of
assigned provider territory to establish, oversee, and maintain provider risk management and positive relationship and supports high value initiative activities.
- Drives the implementation of internal and external
solutions to achieve provider satisfaction, cost targets, network
growth, and efficiency targets.
- Cultivate productive relationships with providers
- Deliver presentations and trainings to providers, both virtually and in-person
- Serve as the point of contact for designated provider territory
- Resolve issues/concerns in an efficient and timely manner, including resolution of complex claims.
- Support ad hoc reporting needs
- Be an active team contributor
- Identify and advocate for opportunities to improve the provider experience
- May have limited contract negotiation responsibilities for assigned providers.

Required Qualifications
- Candidate must be within 50 miles of the Kansas border
- 4+ years' experience in business segment specific environment servicing or managing nonstandard relationships with providers with exposure to benefit plan design and/or contract interpretations.
- 3-5 years' experience with business segment specific policy, benefits, plan design and language.
- Working knowledge of business segment specific codes, products, and terminology.
Preferred Qualifications
-Billing and Coding experience
-Advanced use of Excel/Word/Adobe
-Medicaid experience/Knowledge of Kansas Medicaid
Education High School Diploma and 2-4 years prior customer service and insurance claim experience with training in billing
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$60,300.00 - $130,000.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
