Job Description
Develop and communicate forecasts and sales reports across teams.
Support and review project reporting requirements and outputs.
Perform analytics to analyze current sales tactics and operations within the company.
Build and drive various initiatives to support the Sales, Aftersales, and or Marketing operations.
Build and manage relationships both internally and externally i.e.; Marketing, Sales, Legal, Agencies, GM partners, etc.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Additional Job Description
Work Scope:
Leading network planning and competitor monitoring, including short-term, mid to long-term network planning; competitors network distribution and volume; policy monitoring, like registration cap and emission upgrade etc.
Conducting market area planning, including defining the primary market area (PMA); provide market study report on targeted cities
Business Case Review: coordinate with all related departments to review and update the business case of all GMPI facility formats based on market situation.
Prepare new opening evaluation report to leadership, managing new facility opening tracking record,
Working with finance team to conduct financial performance review and improvement for the operated stores.
Document management, responsible for draft, sign and archive contracts between GMPI and 3rd party e.g. landlord or other partners.
Internal control on working process within SRC team, managing internal control policy fulfillment, leading daily work on working process self-check to make sure all working procedures follow the company policy
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree above, finance background is preferred,
Min 5 years work experience related with network planning in auto industry, experience in premium brands is preferred
Familiar with MS Office
Fluent in Mandarin and English
Final level to offer will be subject to the candidate's background and experience.
