JOB REQUIREMENTS: Duties and Responsibilties of Job: Overview JobSummary As a Network Infrastructure Engineer , you will be responsiblefor designing, deploying, maintaining, upgrading, and securing networks.Additionally, this position will research emerging technologies toassess fit for business needs as well as deploy technology per writtendesigns in line with company and industry standards. Essential Functionsand Responsibilities * Develop and review project testing andimplementation plans and project timelines. * Participate in capacityand performance management of existing infrastructure. * Identify andanalyze possible threats and vulnerabilities, embed security standards,and monitor adherence to them. * Follow security architecturestandards, framework, and guidelines. * Emphasizes infrastructuresecurity best practices and ensures adoption across corporate solutions.* Contribute to the design and implementation of detailed disasterrecover plans to ensure all infrastructure element (data and systems)have efficient backup solutions. * Provide technical support andguidance to users. * Lead in troubleshooting network and serverperformance issues. * Participate in infrastructure strategy andcontinuous improvement planning as needed. * Travel approximately 20%to various company locations as needed to provide support. * NOTE: thisdescription is not intended to be all-inclusive. Qualifications Knowledge, Skills,and Experience * Associate or bachelor\'s degree in computer science,information technology, or related discipline. * Minimum of 2 years\'experience in the field or related field. * Experience or exposure toappropriate systems such as: * Routers, switches, WLCs, Firewalls,Network Load Balancers, SD-WAN * Hosted and Cloud Solutions: Co-Lo,IaaS, PaaS, SaaS. * Security solutions: Multi-factor Auth, PAM, SIEM,Pen Testing, Vulnerability Scanning. * Infrastructure monitoring tools.* Advance knowledge of network protocols and operating systems. *Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within field.* Strong technical aptitude, creativity, and ability to research andsolve complex issues. * Experience documenting, project tracking andmanagement reporting. * Proven ability to manage incidents and assessrisks. Additional Skills, Experience, and/or Requirements * Network+,Security+, CySA+, or other relevant cybersecurity certifications a plus.* Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills, with a professionaldemeanor and the ability to interact with all levels of management,colleagues, and vendors. * Critical thinking skills, including logicand reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternativesolutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems. * Ability to handlemultiple priorities and competing priorities with a high degree offlexibility in a constantly fast-evolving environment while meetingdeadlines and deliverables. * Experience working in a collaborativeteam atmosphere and being an individual contributor with individualprojects, deadlines, and accountabilities. * Ability to adapt tomodification and changes to project plans demonstrating flexibility toimplement new strategies and/or methodologies to accommodate changes. *Driven, self-motivated and always seeking ways to improve currentsecurity efforts.
