  LanzaJet’s proprietary sustainable fuels technology has been in development for over 15 years, has been approved for and used in global commercial flights for airlines including Virgin Atlantic and ANA.  

  We are currently building the world’s first commercial-scale ethanol to jet fuel refinery in Georgia – set to begin production at the end of 2023. That refinery will produce 2/3 of the sustainable aviation fuel used in the United States. Additional commercial-scale low-carbon refineries are also being developed across the world in places like Japan, Australia, India, and Europe.

  Position Overview: 

  As an Oracle NetSuite Developer and Platform Owner at LanzaJet, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and optimizing our NetSuite platform to drive business solutions effectively while maximizing our investment in the platform. You will play a critical role in shaping our NetSuite environment to support our growth and enhance operational efficiency. 

  Key Responsibilities: 

  Platform Ownership: Take ownership of the Oracle NetSuite platform, ensuring that it aligns with our strategic objectives and grows in tandem with our business needs. 

  Customization and Development: Customize and extend NetSuite modules using SuiteScript to address unique business requirements and enhance user experience. 

  Integration: Design, develop, and maintain integrations with third-party applications and systems to facilitate seamless data flow. 

  Workflow Automation: Create and optimize SuiteFlows to automate critical business processes, streamlining operations and improving productivity. 

  Reporting and Dashboards: Develop custom reports and dashboards using SuiteAnalytics to provide real-time insights for decision-makers. 

  Database Optimization: Collaborate with the IT team to optimize database performance and ensure data integrity. 

  Troubleshooting and Support: Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, minimizing system downtime and ensuring system reliability. 

  Code Reviews and Mentoring: Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to junior developers to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. 

  Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into actionable NetSuite solutions. 

  Platform Governance: Implement and enforce governance policies, access controls, and security measures to safeguard sensitive data. 

  Qualifications: 

  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 

  Proven experience as an Oracle NetSuite Developer, including platform ownership responsibilities. 

  Strong proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics. 

  Experience with NetSuite customization, integration, and workflow automation. 

  Knowledge of SQL and database management. 

  Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. 

  Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. 

  Strong communication and collaboration skills. 

  Finance Background and Experience 

  NetSuite certifications (e.g., Oracle NetSuite Certified SuiteScript Developer) a plus.
