Job Description
Our client in the education management space is looking for a local NetSuite Administrator to join their team. The NetSuite Administrator will use strong communication and influence skills to work well with all departments and to advise the organization on how to improve system performance and functionality. Current environment is one instance with 391 users but adding an additional instance over the next 2 quarters. An ideal candidate will have experience with business applications and knowledge of business workflows and NetSuite's configuration capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Operate, maintain, and support NetSuite application and its related systems on a daily basis
- Responsible for doing 75% ticket resolution and 25% project work
- Configure and customize NetSuite features to meet changing business and operational requirements
- Handle requests for user/role/partner/account management, workflow design and troubleshooting
- Coordinate with NetSuite Support on integration projects
- Create and maintain saved searches, reports, KPIs, and dashboards for end users
- Monitor system usage, scripts, and performance
- Train users and ensure proper system access for all roles
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines for data quality, change management, customization, usage, etc.
- Assess and recommend other key technologies to enhance business processes on the NetSuite platform
- Stay updated on NetSuite functionality, releases, customizations, and integrations and communicate to customers
- Manage incidents and change requests through the service desk
- Ensure NetSuite data governance, security, and integrity
Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of solid NetSuite Admin experience with advanced understanding of the NetSuite platform (SuiteAnalytics, NetSuite configuration, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder).
- Excellent customer service skills with a sense of urgency
- Working knowledge of csv imports, user provisioning, defining roles, report analytics and scheduling scripts
- Experience in designing, modifying, and creating business processes that will be used to implement technology solutions and roadmaps
Additional Requirements:
- May require travel both inside and outside of state (quarterly for conferences and events)
- Must live in South Florida and be in office 2 days a week to support HR and Finance - Experience with Celigo
- Experience working with FreshService as a ticketing system null
