A role you will love
As the .NET Developer, you will work within an Agile environment to develop and support applications across the Computershare portfolio. Working within cross-functional teams, you'll require strong technical skills, curiosity, a passion for delivering quality solutions and the drive to continually improve the quality and speed with which we deliver value to the business.

Apply knowledge of standards, policies, best practice and organizational structure so that you can work both independently and collaboratively within your team and with key stakeholdersProvide informal guidance and share knowledge with colleagues to enable them to contribute to the team's objectivesEnsure the quality of tasks, services and information provided by your team - through the quality of your own work and the support you provide to others - to ensure that your team delivers high-quality, maintainable software which adheres to internal standards and policiesSupport the evaluation and resolution of technical challenges and blockers to minimize their impact on the team's delivery and/or supported productsIdentify and support improvements and innovation in technologies/practices within your team that would benefit the business e.g. efficiency in the software development process or improved customer experienceCommunicate effectively with a variety of technical and non-technical audiences to: share knowledge and ideas; provide updates; influence; challenge; and take on feedback
What will you bring to the role?
You collaborate and communicate well while building great working relationships. You can effectively deal with sometimes conflicting priorities and have a high attention to detail. You are a curious and continuous learner and strive in a busy environment.
You also bring:
2+ years' experience in database development, ideally MS SQL Server, for both OLTP and OLAP, including data modelling, SQL/T-SQL, performance tuning and trouble-shootingStrong skills in high-level development languages such as .NET, JavaScript, or JavaExperience scripting in Microsoft and/or Linux environmentsExperience working in an Agile experience with ADO
Bonus points if you have:
Degree in Computer Science or related disciplineExperience with Cloud technologyExperience in financial services, share registry or employee share plans
