The Sales Marketing Internship assists with partnership initiatives, sponsorship fulfillment, and proof-of-performance executions, including gathering sponsorship clips and screengrabs, maintaining updated tracking documents, and working with Creative Services, Operations, and other internal teams to provide materials for Recaps and Special Requests.
Primary responsibilities:
Assist with the creation of sales/marketing materials such as: daily one-sheets, sales pitches, and recaps
Participate regularly in brainstorming sessions for the development of creative ideas for potential clients
Collaborate with sales, programming, and marketing departments to bring partnerships and concepts to life
Execute all sponsored Sweepstakes across all stations
Provide administrative support on daily tasks
Basic Requirements:
Must be actively enrolled in a degree-granting program at an accredited institution during the length of the program.
Current class standing of sophomore or above (30 credits).
Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by NBCUniversal.
Must be willing to work in Needham, MA.
Desired Characteristics:
Bilingual, English-Spanish speaking is a plus.
General sports knowledge is a plus.
