Accenture Federal Services is looking for a recruiter to join our National Security recruiting team. In this role, you will focus on sourcing candidates to fill roles on one or more key accounts within the business. You will partner with recruiters, key client stakeholders, and HR partners to deliver results. You will focus on executing recruitment strategies that achieve the business’ hiring and diversity recruiting targets. You will have the opportunity to build recruiting strategies, provide guidance to and share knowledge with colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
Build effective sourcing strategies to develop highly cleared, technical candidate pipelines
Recruit for assigned project demand across business account(s) and skill sets, including collaborating with other recruiters to develop and execute recruiting plans to meet hiring goals and report on progress against plan.
Support collaboration across recruiting teams and business to improve diversity hiring
Participate in additional recruiting efforts such as career fairs, sourcing efforts, etc.
Collaborate with peers to help ensure the overall success of the team and to ensure we’re leveraging all appropriate parts of the team
Ensure data quality in ATS and for reports for demand areas
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations and company policies
Identify opportunities for process improvements and new sourcing channels
Here's What You Need:
3 years of corporate and/or search firm progressive recruiting experience including full life cycle or sourcing recruiting
2 years of experience executing recruiting strategies that deliver hiring results for highly cleared tech roles
Knowledge and understanding of recruiting in the Intelligence community as well as the government contracting industry
Bonus Points:
2+ years cyber and/or software recruiting experience
Experience developing creative sourcing ideas to filling difficult demand
Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. California: $77,900-$147,800
Colorado: $77,900-$127,600
New York: $70,000-$147,800
Washington State: $82,900-$136,100
