Your Role

Your day will be varied as you provide stakeholders with guidance, QSHE training + constantly update on newdevelopments of the company systems to ensure they all know their objectives + compliance requirements. Plan + implement QSHE activities with stakeholders to strengthen our QSHE culture. Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain a safe + healthy working environment.
On a regular basis, consult with key stakeholders + customers to review progress, ensuring QSHE aspects are considered in compliance + pursuing of high standards. Finally focus on continuous QSHE improvement, forming trust + delivering excellence.
Your Responsibilities
Your primary objective will be to ensure that all EHS legislations + quality requirements along with our
management system is followed in all levels of the organization. You will do this by working with a variety of
internal stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives
To implement, monitor + track QSHE targets + programs including KN Solutions to support business growthstrategy + customer implementation, ensuring optimal use of QSHE system tools (digitalization).
To ensure processes from the integrated management system (QMS) + Corporate Guidelines areimplemented + maintained on all levels of the organization.
To plan + drive internal audits/site inspections to ensure ISO requirements + local procedures are met
To support + participate in external audits such as third party (customers + suppliers), regulatory audits etc.,ensuring timely follow up + closure.
To lead + support investigations of QSHE incidents (H+S, quality issues etc.).
To support in risk analysis (e.g. safety risk assessment, security gap analysis), then develop + proposepreventive measures through proper CAPA management + trainings.
To monitor activities, follow-up + escalate poor QSHE performance to relevant stakeholders for continualimprovement.
To review + update Business Continuity Management + Plans.
Coordinate and participate in external audit e.g. third party audits, customer, vendor, government, etc.
Track TIP (Tool to Improve Processes), promote usage, proper analysis and reporting and ensuring corrective/preventive actions are implemented.
Conduct/ coordinate related QSHE training for new hires/refresher.
Responsible for publishing and maintaining all updated news regarding quality in KNet under local QSHE page. Recommend and propose any improvements in QHSE aspects.
Your Skills and Experiences
Must be able to work with all members of the Philippines and to coordinate functionally with the ASP QSHE community.
Must have knowledge of the Philippines regulations plus applicable agencies, and be able to support coordination with the agencies, if required.
Must have deep understanding of legal health and safety guidelines.
Must have good knowledge of data analysis and risk assessment; and excellent organizational and motivational skills.
Must have outstanding attention to detail and observation ability.
Must have exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
Must have a degree in Science, Engineering or related technical subject.
Preferably with working knowledge of existing and developing relevant HSE legislation; and has appropriate national/international qualification in HSE management (e.g. I-NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHAS18001/ ISO14001 Auditor) or a specialist HSE discipline.
Must be willing to work in Pasay City.
