Your role:
Lead national global forecasting efforts by working with zones and HPM Leadership
Provide forecast and revenue projections for month-end, quarter-end and year-end performance to the executive team, and finance
Design and build accurate, actionable, and evidenced based forecasting models, and perform in-depth data analysis to build robust assumptions and forecast inputs
Collaborate with Zones, HPM Leadership, executive team on modeling events and communication issues related to forecast.
You're the right fit if:
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, sales operations/enablement
3 years of forecasting responsibilities with proven experience in using various analytical and forecasting methodologies
The individual in this role willassumesa high level of competence in forecasting and analytics, and the ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels of management. Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies (historical trend approaches), and quantitative techniques need to produce accurate forecasts for the organization.
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud) and related techniques.
Ability to travel 10% to 20% domestic.
You have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
