JOB PURPOSE
This role is responsible for the complex account management and delivery of new business volume targets within the leading Contract Caterers and Purchasing Groups. This is achieved by the identification, development and faultless execution of joint customer business plans.
This strategic role is responsible for the negotiation and implementation of national level commercial agreements across foods and ice cream including tailored customer support plans and management of budgets together with sales & profit reporting.
As the customers have a global presence, this is an exciting opportunity to lead within the Unilever UK business and connect with colleagues in Customer Development across the world to share experiences and align robust growth plans.
In this role, you will liaise externally with culinary, category management, marketing, digital and procurement teams and internally with sales, marketing and culinary teams to ensure excellence in execution.
The expectation is to develop robust contact matrices - from Business Directors, Senior Marketing to Executive Chefs - and leverage the understanding from these contacts to unlock mutual growth.
Great communication and influencing skills both written and verbal, are essential within this role which has the scope to allow you to make a big personal impact within the National Account Chains Team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
