NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER E-COMMERCE
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our National Account Manager, you are responsible for helping deliver sustainable commercial growth within the E-commerce team. This role will work across Pure Players and Retailer.com with a specific focus on Skincare.
You will be involved in Business Planning, Strategic Planning and will have forecasting responsibilities.
Business Planning
Review Company Reports to build an understanding of customer objectives and direction. Plan, develop, agree, and deliver an annual Joint Business Plan with the key customers with support from the rest of the team. Develop category and brand revenue growth strategies from data, insights, other market/customer information. Build partnerships to deliver integrated on-site and off-site campaigns.
Strategic Planning
Build strategic plans to deliver short- and long-term company, customer and consumer objectives. Partner with customer, brand and commercial excellence teams to identify growth opportunities in the channel. Develop strategic projects within the channel to ensure future growth of the business.
Forecasting Responsibilities
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts. Manage Gross to net controls to optimize profitability of channel. Manage an investment plan alongside team to drive consumer awareness whilst maximizing profitability.
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like to communicate effectively, can deliver impactful presentations, and can influence and negotiate. As an experienced National Account Manager, you focus on the needs of the customer, are a strong team player and make decisions fast whilst balancing intuition and facts.
You also:
Have e-commerce experience Have experience in building e-commerce to drive skincare penetration Have experience in P& L management, budget planning and customer management Have an understanding of digital media products Are proficient in Excel, in numeracy, and have analytical skills with strong attention to detail
