Position Overview
The Named Accounts Sales Executive (NASE) is an important sales role that manages three Named Accounts in the UK. The NASE leads the Accounts team and grows the business relationship within the Accounts to meet financial and our goals.
Reporting to the Named Account, Sr. Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
Achieve high growth and revenue targets from our customers.Grow faster than the competition - gain market share.Ensure reliable forecasting.Meet annual and multi-year targets, both ACV and Business Targets (token-based consumption targets).Create proposals that link our value proposition to goals and programs.Use our pricing, packaging, and business models to maximise returns and unique value.With support from colleagues, negotiate customer EBA agreements.Partner and collaborate with other teams, align and influence within the Autodesk organisation.Communicate at all levels internally and externally including with C-level.Develop important relationships within the accounts including Main Executives. Translate customer challenges and opportunities into Customer Business Initiatives, and ensure the Autodesk team is constantly delivering Value to the AccountsBuild Account Business plan and implement upon the plan, maintains opportunity pipeline within Accounts, uses sound call planning to achieve our goals and makes continuous improvement in moving Autodesk from vendor to trusted advisorBuild Business PracticesProvide accurate and detailed forecasts, uses chosen sales tools and methodologies, provides internal information as requested (i.e. Ops reviews, customer info...), constructs internal/external presentationsLead the extended Sales TeamCoordinate, influences and orchestrates all of the appropriate resources for Account and Opportunity development, able to collaborate with a virtual team (sales, technical, customer support and consulting), develops working relations across GEOs and responsibilities in a matrixed organisation (marketing, finance, legal, operations, product development)
Minimum qualifications and requirements
5+ years of proven experience in a direct-selling, quota carrying sales role.Executive selling and relationship-building experience.A track-record in managing geographically dispersed enterprise accounts.Enterprise technology software sales experience within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) and/or Manufacturing industriesEducated to degree or similar level.Ability to travel within UK and occasionally overseas for customer and team meetings.
