JOB SUMMARY
Maintain and increase market share by satisfying Multi-unit customer needs and meeting management objectives. Coordinate with inside customer service team, the shipping and/or operations departments, while meeting expense objectives. Develop a close working relationship with your team and customers, and all coordinating departments
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide excellent customer service and develop good working relationships with both internal and external customers.Schedule and visit customer base as directed by management.Follow through on all customer requests and concerns.Manage drops, late orders and non-scheduled deliveries to help maintain and grow gross profit.Review all accounts to insure maximum sales and profit per stop.Work with transportation to maximize route profitability.Meet with all accounts and facilitate the Customer Satisfaction Survey.Assist purchasing with the timely utilization of all inventories to maximize inventory turns and reduce inventory shrink.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
High School Diploma or GED
Experience
Two (2) years of experience in outside sales in a fast-paced environment, preferably produce or food distribution.
Skills
Good communication skillsGood math skillsGood computer skills - Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Detail-orientedBilingual English/Spanish a plusAbility to handle multiple tasksStrong organizational skills and ability to handle crisis situations effectively.

Help contain and manage 2nd runs, daily sales activities, work with Transportation to maximize routing efficiencies.

Reducing deliveries, account penetration, order guide maintenance, customer specifications, margins.
