Position Summary
Multi-system youth (MSY) are children who require services from more than one child-serving system, including children services, developmental disabilities, mental health and addiction, and juvenile justice. Each of the systems above provide services to multi-system youth and their families, and for some youth, these individuals services meet their clinical needs. However, some youth may have such complex physical, emotional, and behavioral needs, that these individual systems are not meeting their needs.
The Multi-System Youth (MSY) Program Administrator is responsible for management of the MSY application and delivery process as it crosses Care Management entities (CMEs), County Family and Children First Councils (FCFC), Aetna OhioRISE, and the Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM)
The MSY Program Administrator reports to the Director of the CME Alliance Hub and works in close partnership with the CMEs, FCFCs, and all local and matrixed growth partners to effectively support our CME and FCFC partners and the youth and families in their care. Successful candidate must live in Ohio or be willing to relocate.
Responsibilities include:
Administration of the Multi-system Youth (MSY) program including but not limited to the following:Development and maintenance of MSY tools/job aids for Aetna staff, FCFCs, CMEs, and ODMManagement and oversight of the MSY application processManagement and oversight MSY funding authorization requests to ODMCoordination with ODM, FCFCs and CMEs on all aspects of the MSY process and to ensure all are updated during every step of the MSY processEnsuring updates about the youth's status and treatment are submitted to ODM on a timely basisEnsure members have continuity of care coordination while enrolled in MSYCoordination with Aetna Provider Contracting Department and Aetna OhioRISE CFO to ensure Provider contracts with MSY providers are executed and providers are trained on all MSY processes and reimbursement proceduresRequired Qualifications2-3 years of relationship management skills; capacity to quickly build and maintain credible relationships at varying levels externally and within the organization2-3 years of experience and understanding of the Ohio Medicaid managed care market and familiarity with Ohio's CMEs and the Multi-System Youth Programs.Ability to go into the New Albany office up to 25% of the time.Preferred QualificationsStrong organization skills, creativity, and member focused approachStrong interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsExcellent organization and time management skillsExperience navigating a matrixed organization.Education Bachelor's degree in a closely related field or an equivalent combination of formal education and recent, related experience. The typical pay range for this role is:
$60,300.00 - $130,000.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
