Eaton's Electrical division is currently seeking a Multi-Site Plant Finance Leader to work in Richmond, VA and support our Data Center Power Distribution (DCPD) business unit, with sites in Richmond, VA and Santa Ana, CA. Relocation assistance to Richmond, VA is available!
The expected annual salary range for this role is $116,300 - $170,500 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you'll do:
In this role, you will provide financial leadership to our manufacturing locations, serving as a business partner and as a change agent to drive plant continuous improvement actions and to achieve overall plant targets. You'll connect finance processes with operations, providing guidance, drive actions, and provide financial insights to ensure operational strategies and decisions will lead to the expected results. This position is based in a fast paced, Engineered to Order, high volume Plant environment that supports Eaton's global business and operations that uses different applications for financial accounting and reporting. The main responsibilities will include:
• Finalizing DCPD integration activities, including, but not limited to, the implementation and transition from Made2Manage to SAP
• Financial Analysis: Analyzing financial data and performance metrics related to the operations to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Driving accountability for results and defining key performance metrics together with business leaders
• Decision Support: Providing financial insights and analysis to support operational decision-making, such as evaluating capital deployment opportunities or new projects
• Driving initiatives (including CAPEX and Working Capital) and influence changes: ensuring productivity improvements and growth in areas such as operational excellence, continuous improvement, quality and supply chain management
• Collaborative Planning: Working closely with the operations team to develop action plans, strategies, and initiatives based on financial insights. Driving and monitoring the implementation of the plans
• Financial Modeling: Creating financial models to assess the impact of various scenarios on operational performance
• Finance Transformation: Playing an active role in leading the DCPD finance team through Finance Transformation activities, including through the transition of responsibilities into the Regional Controllership organization
• Risk Management: Identifying financial risks within the operations and propose mitigation strategies
• Performance Tracking: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to evaluate performance against targets
• Cost Management: Monitoring and managing operational costs to achieve efficiency and cost-reduction while maintaining quality
• Inventory Management: Implementing Inventory control actions and initiatives to maximize operational profitability while maximizing cash
• Talent Management: Building organizational capability through successful hiring, talent development, and succession planning in the business. The Multi-Site Plan Finance Leader will continually raise the bar on their team performance and find creative and meaningful ways to build the skills within their function to help lead premiere performance.
• Forecasting: Leading the main financial processes for the site, such as forecasts and profit plan
• Cost Accounting: Analyzing and interpreting financial data related to the costs incurred by a company during its operations with the primary objective to provide valuable insights to management, enabling them to make informed decisions regarding cost efficiency, pricing strategies, and overall financial performance
• Implementing best practice collaboration amongst the Finance teams across DCPD facilities and fostering an environment that promotes Eaton's goals, philosophies, and encourages continuous improvement.
• Working with and supporting other Financial team members within the Critical Power Solutions organization
