KRON4 News in San Francisco is looking for a Multimedia Journalist/Reporter to join the KRON4 News Team. This full-time position includes reporting for the evening news on weekends and/or weekdays. KRON4 produces more local news than any other station in the San Francisco Bay Area. We're looking for a journalist who is passionate about telling the stories that matter to the community and has experience covering breaking news. Responsibilities of the position include pitching stories, writing, editing, and reporting live.

This is a regular, full-time, union position.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of three years of daily television news experience in reporting live, shooting and reporting storiesREQUIREMENTS:

Must be an excellent storyteller.

Ability to originate, research, write, shoot, produce and edit stories.

Ability to work well with people in a high-pressure environment.

Maintain a polished professional appearance.

Position may require employee to work early morning or late-night shift.

Ideal candidates must be self-starters, hard workers, have great attitudes, be versatile, and efficient.

Management reserves the discretion to add or modify job duties as required.

Compensation: $48.75+/HR to commensurate with experience and skill level
