THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
The Multifamily Risk Governance Analyst role will support the oversight of activities of the Multifamily business and will report to the Director of Multifamily ERM Governance. This role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
Manage Multifamily risk governance framework, including updating Multifamily and team standards, procedures and job-aids and identifying opportunities to streamline processes.
Monitor and report compliance with existing governance requirements and develop and executive more robust compliance program.
Develop and distribute status reporting and communication related to Multifamily credit risk issues and recommendations.
Manage team SharePoint, keeping it up to date, organized, and accessible.
Support development and compliance with team oversight strategy and identify areas for improvement.
Assist in the identification and management of the process, risks and control assessment for the team.
Support ad-hoc requests and prepare materials for ongoing team meetings and meetings with senior management.
Document and present findings and/or conclusions of analysis to key stakeholders and senior management in thoughtful and persuasive manner.
Develop strong relationships with Multifamily business partners, other ERM Multifamily teams, and other governance teams within the broader ERM organization.
Partner with Multifamily and other stakeholders to carry out business strategies that will drive success and ensure safety and soundness in the face of shifting market conditions and regulations.

Minimum Required Experience *
2 years of related experience
Team player with ability to multitask
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail
Strong Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint skills
Desired Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
5+ years of related experience
Multifamily and/or GSE experience
Skilled in business intelligence tools such as Tableau
